A World Champion of Pastry, Pierre Marcolini is passionate about his chocolates and uses only the purest ingredients to ensure the creation of a true chocolate experience.

He is one of the few chocolatiers who creates bars with couvertures from Single Origin beans. His signature chocolate bars of pure origin are made with t he finest cocoa beans from regions such as Venezuela, Madagascar, Ecuador and Mexico.
