Pierre Marcolini’s upcoming enchanting collection reflects influences of the Far East. These chocolates are delicately covered in the traditional colors of the Orient, pink pearl-essence and
golden amber. Beautifully presented in a box of 25, the pralines come in both milk couverture, made with cocoa beans from the region of Java and dark couverture, made from Occumare, A Venezuelan cocoa bean. These exotic chocolates are filled with a layer of almond milk ganache, a layer of orange blossom infused caramel surrounding a whole grilled pine nut.

Sprinkled with chunks of roasted pistachios its airy and silky texture surprises the palate with its unexpected combination of sweet and savory tastes.  These small bronze colored cubes, are covered by a thin chocolate layer which elegantly highlights their irregularities.
