Storage: Chocolate is best stored in a cool (57F-59F), dry place away from sources of light and odor. it can be stored in the refrigerator, butonly if absolutley necessary and only in an air tight container. When taking it out of the refrigerator, the chocolate needs to stay in the air tight container until they reach room temperature. |
